They were looking for God but found religion instead...De La Soul

Good Afternoon,

As I sit here, thinking about all the things I have experienced and went through to get to this point in my life I laugh to myself. You see I have spent numerous minutes, hours, months, and years studying, praying, and digesting religious books of faith trying to find that being we call God. I have attended many conferences, seminars, and other things looking for God. However, what ended it up always happening just when I thought I could exhale my enemy RELIGION would show up instead.

You may be wondering what in the world is this guy talking about. Religion and God go together. I actually would have to say you are right. Religion and a god(notice lowercase) do go together like peanut butter and jelly. The mission that is set before us today calls for a bit more pratical approach towards spirituality. My job, duty, and pleasure is to expound on this great fallacy known as religion. You may like it, or you may not, but at least do yourself a favor and research it.

I spent most of my 20's in search of God(AKA the Universal Creator). I went to two churches during this time, I dont know how many seminars, and almost even joined cemetary(my bad) I mean seminary(freudian slip). I studied my bible, took classes on other religons just so I can convince them that they were wrong and that they should pursue the Christian way of life. Just that statement makes me shake my head. I was really a devoted follower of Jesus(notice I didnt say Christ).

Everything came to a head for me around 2004 when I was attending a mega church in Atlanta. I came across some information that lead me to question a few things. The dates of Easter and Christmas for example matching solar calendar events for Greek Mythology. Also, I found an article explaining the origin of Easter being an Egyptian Goddess named Ishtar(fertility goddess). I then ran accross the true setup of Christmas by Constantine and the infamous Council of Nicea(Please look this information up).

Wanting to be a good believer I went to my local church and just asked about my findings. I was told things like, "This is good information." Also, phrases like, "I wil get back to you." My favorite one was, "What am I to do with this?" As you can see I was getting the run around about what I thought were basic yet fundamental questions of the Christian faith. I sent an email out to about 20 fellow church members some of them teachers and I never heard back a thing. Not one thing. That was the last day I was a Christian.

Now that doesnt mean I don't believe in the Universal Creator, I just don't believe that its in an instituiton. Lets dig deeper into the rabbit hole shall we. I read up in detail on several religions, and then I saw some interesting similiarities. The first being that the 25th of December marked the birthday of several saviors. Also, that several of them had a virgin birth, then they usually had 12 followers. This holds true in Egypt(Romans and Greeks were influenced heavily by Egypt thanks to Alexander the Lame/Great), Greek, Indian Hinduism, and also Buddhism. After finding this information out I was really puzzled.

I dropped all hope for knowledge until one day I sat in a mirror and just as true as my reflection was there I heard it say "Look Within". I started finding metaphysical books and other esoteric materials that didnt point to a particular savior or deity, but rather pointed inward. Praticing looking inside, and using some of the tools mentioned in works such as the Bible or Koran(note none of them were necessary to find the Universal Creator but helpful since I knew the material somewhat). See in the bible there is a passage in Colossians that I will never forget, that stated, "Christ in you is the hope of glory." This is the most profound and truest statement ever written. You see when you do some research the word Christ was a title not a particular individual. It meant the anointed one. Another famous name Moses is also a title meaning to draw out and there were many who had that title.

I want each and every individual who decides to read this blog to kindly don't be just a reader, but a doer if you claim you want truth then you will have to dig and look under every nook and crevice because they don't want you to find it. The "they" that I'm referring too is a whole entirely different blog that will be quiet extensive, but will have books and references you can find for yourself to see how you were led to fall into a certain catergory. Anyway, back to the matter at hand. The words Jesus Christ translates to, "God saves by his annointed one".
If you recall about what I mentioned earlier from the bible passage in Colossians and just do some simple reasoning than you should figure out that you are the, "Annointed One."

I want you to really let that sink in for a minute. I mean really let that touch your soul and then marinate in your grey matter for a second. Yes you are the savior. Remember the Matrix movie where Neo stated to the young fellow who was adoring him, that, "You saved yourself kid." That is the main point of it all. You saved yourself. No one went down into the depths of hell, but you. You went into your lower self and pulled yourself up when you determined you needed to change your life, kicked the habit, turnover a new leaf, etc. etc. The powers that be knowing that you will not be controllable with this information took that aspect of yourself and made it third person. Now you are looking to Buddha, Krishna, Jesus, Horus, or Dionysys for your salvation. The sad part about it all is that the leaders in closed doors know this and are laughing it up to the bank with your time, talent, and money.

I will stop right here as I am sure to have ruffled a few feathers right now. I gave you many things to look up on your own. Start with whatever religion you believe in and go from there. Find the source of it. Check out the dates or timelines to see if any other events in history of great significance was happening around this time. Make this be a springboard to you seeing the truth if you don't know it already, or you could do nothing and be happy with things just the way they are. That is entirely your choice. However, I don't want you to complain around me about the way things are if you aren't going to at least research it yourself and try to make a difference for both your family and yourself.

Be Safe and Be Mindful
